Reservations - Pickup & Dropoff Shortcuts
However, there is another way, which can be faster, especially if you want to insert a stop in the middle. Simply right-click on the line adjacent to where you want the insertion (either above or below).
You then have the option to add a line at the end, before the one you picked, or after the one you picked. If you have a trip with lots and lots of stops, this method might be a lot faster than adding it to the end and then having to move it up.

When looking at Points of Interest, many times it’s most convenient to click on the “Category” button to search for your frequently-used location by category (e.g. Airport, Hotel, etc.)
When you click on the tab for the desired category, if the list is big, you can just type in the first letter or two into the box at the bottom of the window. This is often faster than scrolling and looking.
Another fast way to find common locations is Alphabetic—this opens up a window with all the same information, but with the tabs alphabetic rather than by category.
When you click on Alphabetic, even though it typically opens with the “A” tab always showing, the same search box is in the lower left. As soon as you type a letter in that box, the tab corresponding to that letter will instantly be selected. So if you are looking for the Marriott, you don’t have to click on the “M” tab first—just start typing.
One more tip in the Pickup/Dropoff Screen
Notice the third button (under Category) labeled “Contact”.
When you click on the Contact tab, a box opens up where you can search for another contact—and then select a location from that person’s list of historical pickups and drops. This is useful when you are making a booking for someone who is going, for example, to another one of your customer’s home or office, or some other place that you know is in a different contact’s history.
