Reservations - Linked Trips
Most of know that when you use the Return Trip Wizard to book a return trip, Livery Coach automatically links the trips together, so that when one trip is opened, it’s easy to click on the Link button and open the return.
In addition, when you cancel a trip that is linked to another, Livery Coach will ask you what you want to do with the linked trip (e.g. should you cancel it?)
But what if you have two or more trips that were entered separately? Can they be linked? Of course.
Simply open both trips that you want to link. Then, select the first trip, and click on the Link button at the top of the screen (that looks like a chain link).
