Colors - Color Coding Days of the Week
Assuming you’ve already set up your colors (if you haven’t, refer to the March 31, 2015 Tech Tip…but for a quick reminder, navigate to Setup… Maintain… Trip Status Setup… Weekday Color Tab (screen shot below).
One of the features of Livery Coach is that, unlike some other systems, you are able to view multiple days on the dispatch grid (so you won’t miss those trips just after midnight.)
That said, it can be helpful to have some sort of indicator to highlight when the day changes. One way is to set each day of the week a different color.
To do so, open Livery Coach Maintenance and navigate to Maintain…Trip Status Setup. The third tab is Weekday color.

To set the colors, simply set each day to the desired color from the dropdown list.
You can select any colors you like for the days of the week, but a bit of research shows that there is already a standard (at least in Thailand). So that’s what was used for this example. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colors_of_the_day_in_Thailand
Once set, the next time you open your Dispatch Grid, the Pickup Time column will show your selected colors.

Day of Week colors on the Trip Schedule
Once your colors are set up, it is easy to apply them to the Trip Schedule. Simply click on the Setup button, then click the box next to “Show Day Of The Week Color”.
